Our Story

Wigs of Rome was established by Joann Ryder in her hometown Rome, Georgia. She sold wigs in 1969 and began her entrepreneurial journey opening her own store in 2007. The shop was moved to Menifee, California and is now fully operated by Joann's daughter Jennifer.  Wigs of Rome is focused on serving with empathy and creating an environment where woman feel comfortable and supported. The heart of the business is rooted in uplifting clients self-esteem by delivering service that goes above and beyond.
